Hey blog-o-sphere. I’m the gay Buddhist. I’m a 21 year old University student who is studying Political Science and International Relations with a minor in French and Religious Studies. This is a blog about my life, feelings, and my journey in this thing that we call life. I’ll try to post regularily about various topics, both religious and political. I’m will also post links to news topics and such.

 I am also a contributor and author of Fat Track where John Ong of Ongline Podcast (www.onglinepodcast.com) and Andy Melton (http://andymelton.net) keep track of our weight loss, our thoughts on such, trials and tribulations, and what we eat. Some of the Buddhist Podcasts I enjoy are Zencast (more from a Zen point of view, www.zencast.org), Buddhist Society of Western Australia (from a Theravada, Thai forest monk practice. Ajahn Brahm is very funny (at times) but always very inspirational), and Audio Dharma (a combination of many people within the Buddhist world who record sermons ready for you to listen to anytime). For politics, go visit Democracy Now! (www.democracynow.org) for fair reporting of the news (and its acutal news! Not infomercials!) As well, Politically Indirect from Air America Radio (www.airamerica.com) and if you’re a big leftist, like myself, you will enjoy the flat out honesty and rants of Max and Stacy from Karmabanque (www.karmabanque.com).
